ROSE SICKAFOOSE

     Rose Sickafoose, a resident of Oakland, California since 1938, passed away there on August 24th at the age of 78 years. Mrs. Sickafoose was a native of the Trout Lake valley. Funeral services were held in Oakland, followed by cremation.
     Surviving are a daughter, Miss Genevieve Sickafoose; two brothers; Walter and John Schmid, both of Trout Lake; three sisters, Mrs, Esther Jennings of Portland, Oregon; Elizabeth Schmid of North Bend, Oregon and Bertha Keizer of North Bend, Oregon. Also numerous nieces and nephews.
     Memorial services will be held at the Trout Lake Cemetery on Saturday, September 6th at 2 p.m. with Rev. Keith Curry of the Trout Lake Presbyterian Church officiating.
