ROBERT VORCE

     Robert Daniel Vorce, Dallesport, died Jan. 25 of natural causes at Mid-Columbia Medical Center in The Dalles, at the age of 70.
     Mr. Vorce was born March 29, 1918 in Atkin, Minn., to Mr. and Mrs. Beryl Vorce. He was a resident of the area since 1947. He worked in the logging industry and was a heavy equipment operator for construction. He was a member of  the American Legion.
     Mr. Vorce is survived by his wife, Evelyn, Dallesport; a son, Jerry Vorce, Vernonia, Ore.; daughters Charlene Peterson, Vancouver, and Wendy Bradley, Seaside; brothers Beryl Vorce, Vancouver, and Richard Vorce, Lyle; sister, Ethel Cozby, Vancouver; and numerous nieces and nephews.
     Graveside services for Mr. Vorce were held Jan. 28 at 11 a.m. at Balch Cemetery in Lyle, with Rev. David Kelly officiating.

ROBERT REED VORCE

     Robert Reed Vorce, 70, Dallesport, died at the hospital here.
     He was born March 28, 1918 in Aitkin, Minn., to Mr. and Mrs. Beryl Vorce. Mr. Vorce had lived here since 1947 and was a logger, and heavy equipment operator and a member of the American Legion.
     Funeral services were held Lyle with the Rev. officiating. Burial was under the direction of Gardner Funeral Home, White Salmon.
     Survivors include his wife, Evelyn, Dallesport; daughters Charlene Peterson, Vancouver, Wash.; Wendy Bradley, Seaside: a son, Jerry Vorce, Veronia: brothers, Beryl of Vancouver, Richard of Lyle and a sister, Ethel Cozby, Vancouver.

ROBERT L. VORCE

     Richard L. Vorce, who owned The Tap Room in Lyle, Wash., died in his Vancouver, Wash., home Nov. 7, 1995, at the age of 62.
     A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, 1995, in Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel in Vancouver.
     A native of Aitkin, Minn., he was born July 4, 1933. He had been a Vancouver resident for the past seven months and previously lived in Lyle.
     He is survived by his wife, Patsy of Vancouver; son Patrick of Lyle; brother, Beryl Howard Vorce of Vancouver; sister, Ethel Cozby of Vancouver; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
     The family suggests remembrances to Hospice Southwest in Vancouver.
