OBITUARY NOTICE
Stephen Douglass Campbell was born at Red Oak Junction,
Iowa, March 25, 1885 and moved to Benton Co., Arkansas, in 1866; and from
Arkansas to Washington in 1888, where he has since resided.
He died at his father's H.H. Campbell, Centerville, Nov.
14, 1900, being 42 years, 7 months, 20 days old. The deceased died from lung
trouble, having been a sufferer about a year. Elder Levi Clanton conducted
the services, after which his remains were laid to rest in the Spring Creek
cemetery.
He leaves behind an aged father and mother, six brothers
and one sister, and a son and; besides many friends to mourn his absence.

Otis Campbell, of this city, was called last week to the bedside of his brother, Douglas, at Centerville, who had been ailing for some time past. On Wednesday he passed quietly away and was buried in the Spring creek cemetery. -- Arlington Independent.

"Around Centerville"
Douglas Campbell, who has been sick for some time, died last Wednesday. His remains were interred in the Spring Creek cemetery. Mr. Campbell leaves several relatives to mourn his demise.
