FUNERAL HELD FOR SHIRLEY L. MARKGRAF HERE

     Shirley Lavonne Markgraf, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Markgraf, passed away Monday after a long illness. Funeral services were held yesterday morning at the Stevenson Methodist church with Rev. J.H. Avery officiating. Gardners had charge.
     She was born in Outlook, Washington, on April 14, 1935, and passed away on November 15, 1948. She was 13 years of age.
     She resided with her parents in Stevenson for the past six years and attended the Stevenson Grade School, she was also a member of the Methodist Sunday School.
     She leaves to mourn her untimely passing her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Markgraf, two brothers, Glen and Montie, one sister, Mary Lou; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Will Markgraf; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Hardin and a host of relatives and friends.
     Committal was held in the Grange Cemetery, at Glenwood, Washington.

     Little Bonnie Markgraf of Stevenson was laid to rest Nov. 18, in the Grange cemetery. She is the oldest girl of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Markgraf of Stevenson. She died in the Hood River hospital Nov. 15. Funeral services were held at Stevenson.
