STELLA KRAMER TAKEN BY DEATH
Stella Kramer, 82, a resident of Bingen, Washington passed
away at Skyline Hospital, September 17, 1968.
Among her survivors is her husband, Theodore Kramer of
Bingen.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 20 at
2:00 p.m. at Gardners Chapel, with interment in the Goodwill Cemetery, in
White Salmon.
The obituary will be published next week.

STELLA KRAMER SERVICES HELD SEPTEMBER 17TH
Mrs. Stella Kramer was born in Eagle Lake, Minnesota
on April 3rd, 1886, the daughter of John and Carrie Miller. She was united
in marriage to Warren Basford in 1906. To this union were born four children:
Florence M. Rake of White Salmon, Washington, Ruth C. Bertwell of Bingen,
Washington, Byron J. Basford of Coronado, California, and Ethel K. Rasmusson
of Warwick, North Dakota.
Her husband, Warren, died in 1918. She was joined in
marriage to Theodore Kramer on November 26th, 1919, and to this union was
born three children: Frank R. Kramer, who was killed in World War II, Martha
E. St. Lawrence of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Dan G. Kramer of Eugene,
Oregon.
Mr. and Mrs. Kramer farmed at Warwick, North Dakota until
1938 when they moved to Bingen, Washington, where she resided until death
at Skyline hospital on September 17th, 1968.
Stella Kramer is survived by her husband Theodore, two
sisters; Etta Brown of Warwick, North Dakota and Katherine Pierson of Waitsburg,
Washington. Six children and eighteen grandchildren and twenty-one
great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 20th, 2 p.m.
at Gardner's Funeral Home with Rev. Orin Lawrence and the Rev. George Jefferson
officiating. Interment was at White Salmon.
Casket bearers were: Robert Brown, Raymond Brown, Jim
Hendryx, Harold Lewis, Amos Larsen, William Balsiger.
