WILLIE ALBERT MARTZALL
Willie Albert Martzall, Washougal, died at Barnes Veterans
Hospital in Vancouver. He was 86.
A resident of Glenwood for many years, Mr. Martzall moved
to Washougal four years ago. He was born Oct. 16, 1893, in Iowa to Mr. and
Mrs. Edgar Charles Martzall. He was a member of the Cape Horn Grange and
a veteran of World War I.
Preceded in death by his wife, Mr. Martzall is survived
by five daughters, Audry Olson, Stevenson; Wilda Dunaway, Charleston, Ore.;
Donaldine Throop, Trout Lake; Karan Hathaway, Lyle; and Sharron Kelley, Odell,
Ore.; one sister, Edna Russell, Spokane; 16 grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services for Mr. Martzall were held Friday at
1:30 p.m. at Glenwood Community Church. Rev. Don Kinyon conducted the services.

Willie Albert Martzall, 86, of Washougal died May 13
in Barnes Veterans Hospital in Vancouver.
Mr. Martzall was born Oct. 16, 1893 in Iowa, the son
of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Charles Martzall. He had lived in Washougal for four
years after living many years in Glenwood. He was a member of the Capehorn
Grange and was a veteran of World War I.
He was preceded in death by his wife.
Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Audry Olson of Stevenson,
Mrs. Wilda Dunaway of Charleston, Ore., Mrs. Donaldine Throop of Trout Lake,
Mrs. Karan Hathaway of Lyle and Mrs. Sharron Kelley of Odell, Ore.; a sister,
Mrs. Edna Russell of Spokane; 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and
a great-great-grandchild.
Services were May 16 at Glenwood Community Church, Rev.
Don Kinyon officiating. Burial was in Glenwood Cemetery.
