SERVICES HELD FOR 6 MONTH INFANT AT VANCOUVER
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, February 22nd
at the Nazarene Church in Battle Ground for baby William Grant Summerhill,
infant son of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Summerhill of Vancouver, Wash. Rev.
Mervin Derk officiated.
William Grant Summerhill was born on August 18th, 1960
at Vancouver Memorial Hospital, and passed away at the family home February
17th, 1961.
Surviving relatives are: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm.
R. Summerhill of Vancouver: a sister Annette Summerhill of Vancouver: his
grand-mother, Mrs. Sidney Miller, White Salmon; grandfather, Mr. Thomas A.
Summerhill of VanBuren, Arkansas; Great-grandmother, Mrs. W.H. Thompson of
White Salmon and great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Shaw of VanBuren, Arkansas.
Interment was on Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at
the IOOF cemetery in White Salmon. Layne's Funeral Home of Battle Ground
had charge of arrangements.

SUMMERHILL, Grant W. -- Age 6 months, Feb. 17, 1961, at home, 6802 N.E. 144th St., Vancouver, Wash. He was born Aug. 18, 1960, at Vancouver, Wash. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Summerhill, Vancouver; grandparents, Mrs. Sidney Miller of White Salmon, Wash., and Tom Summerhill of VanBuren, Ark. A great grandmother, Mrs. William Thompson of White Salmon, Wash.; great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Shaw of VanBuren, Ark.; and a sister, Annette Marie, at home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Faith Church of the Nazarene, Battle Ground, with the Rev. Merv Dirks officiating. Interment will be in the IOOF Cemetery, White Salmon, Wash. Layne's Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
