WM. H. THOMPSON
Wm. Thompson passed away in the White Salmon hospital
March 3, after being ill for some time. He was born May 9, 1874 in Kansas.
He moved to Willamette Valley in 1897 and was married
in 1899. He with his family moved to Lyle in 1909 where they lived until
he retired and moved to White Salmon in 1941.
Mr. and Mrs. Thompson celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary last year. The funeral services were held from the Methodist
Church in White Salmon Monday morning with Rev. George conducting the service.
Gardner's Funeral Home had charge of the services.
He is survived by his wife Mrs. L. Thompson, two daughters,
Mrs. I Taylor, Dedmond, Ore., Mrs. Sidney Miller, White Salmon, and one son,
Arthur Thompson of Prineville and thirteen grandchildren.
