WESLEY WILSON
Wesley H. Wilson passed away August 25 at Woodburn, Ore.
in a nursing home.
He was born at Klondike, Ore. Sept. 12, 1910, the youngest
son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wilson.
For several years, he farmed in the Horseshoe Bend and
High Prairie areas, later moving to Portland. He worked in construction and
up to four years ago, worked in the Multnomah County library. Illness forced
his retirement in 1973.
Survivors include his wife Marjorie, Portland; daughter
Stephanie, son of Aaron Thompson, a daughter Christine Malloy and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by sisters Lillian Wright and
Stella Crinanetta and brothers Filmer and Willie Wilson, all originally from
Centerville.
Services were held Aug. 30 at the Knosher Funeral Home
with Richard Sakrisson officiating. Interment was in the Centerville Cemetery.

Wesley H. Wilson, 66, of Portland, died of a stroke Aug.
26 in a Woodburn nursing home.
Born in Klondike, he had been a cattle rancher and wheat
grower in Goldendale, Wash., until 14 years ago. He was a member of the Finnish
Lutheran Church.
Survivors include widow, Marjorie; daughters, Stephanie
Wilson, Christine Malloy and son Aaron Thompson, all of Portland; one grandchild.
Services were held Aug. 30 in Goldendale, and interment
in Centerville Cemetery, Goldendale.
Cornwell Colonial Chapel was in charge of local arrangements.
