WILLIE WILSON
Willie Wilson, 67, was born at Centerville January 12,
1905 and was in the second eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wilson. He died
November 4, 1972 at Portland.
Survivors include one brother, Leslie H. Wilson of Portland,
several nieces, nephews and cousins, and one uncle, Oscar Wilson of Goldendale,
and three aunts.
He was predeceased by two sisters, Lillian Wright and
Stella Crinannetta and his elder brother Filmer who died in August.
He was baptized into the Apostolic Lutheran Church of
Centerville.
For several years he farmed in the Horseshoe Bend area,
moving from there to Portland and later to San Francisco. He was living in
Portland at the time of his death.
Services were held November 8 at the Knosher Funeral
Home with Ray Hilman officiating. Interment was at Centerville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ray Beyerlin, Howard Norris, Irvin Morehead, Arnold Hoikka,
Daryl Spalding and Alvin Randall.
