WILLIAM L. HANSEN
William Lee Hansen passed away in a fire at Tillamook,
Ore., Jan. 1, 1978 at the age of 40.
He was born May 9, 1937 in Goldendale. His early life
was spent in the Goldendale and Centerville area. He moved to Tillamook,
Ore. about 10 years ago where he was employed as a truck driver for a logging
company.
He is survived by sons, Rickie Lee and Bradley Ellwyn,
Goldendale; parents, Audrey and Tim Hansen, Centerville; sisters Ilene White,
Olympia, Jean Shupe, Goldendale and Jan Bommersbach, Centerville; two nieces
and three nephews.
Services were held in Tillamook Wednesday and graveside
services in Centerville Cemetery will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. with Rev.
Eldon Wiidanen officiating.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 4, at 2:00
p.m. for William L. Hansen, 40, who died Sunday, Jan. 1 in a house fire.
Hanson, a truck driver for Ray Carrigan was born in Goldendale, Washington,
May 9, 1937, but had lived for some time in the Tillamook area. He was a
member of Tillamook Elks Lodge No. 1437.
Funeral arrangements were at Waud's Funeral Home in
Tillamook, with burial at Centerville Cemetery, Centerville, Washington.
Rev. Donald Hoffman officiated at the services. Music was by Merrill Womack.
Hansen is survived by his wife, Margaret of Tillamook,
his mother, Mrs. Audrey Hansen of Goldendale, Washington, 2 sons, Ricky and
Bradley, both of Goldendale, and three sisters, Eileen White of Tacoma,
Washington, and Jean Shute and Jan. Bomnersbach, both of Goldendale.
