WILLAH M. MALISHESKI
Willah Mansfield Malisheski, 63, of Goldendale died April
18, 1994.
She was born October 16, 1930 to Bert L. and Alberta
Marshall Mansfield in Mabton, Wash. She attended schools there and graduated
at Goldendale High School.
She married David Miller and they lived in Wasco, Ore.
They had one son, Scott Miller. Later, they divorce in 1967. She moved to
Toppenish where she met and married John Malisheski. In 1970 they moved to
Ephrata, Wash. where she was active in her church group and the Lioness's.
She worked in her husband's insurance company as a bookkeeper.
After being diagnosed with Alzheimer's she moved to be
with her family in Goldendale, and her husband returned to Wisconsin to be
with his family, as he was also ill. They divorced in 1988. Willah has spent
the last few years in nursing homes.
Survivors include one son, Scott Miller of Wasco, Ore.;
three sisters, Neva Ruthardt and Helen Starks of Goldendale; and Celia Hill
of Palouse, Wash.
Preceding her in death were her parents; a sister Irene
Warnock; and a brother Chuck Mansfield.
Arrangements were made by Herring-Groseclose Funeral
Home in Walla Walla, Wash.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association
through the Herring Funeral Home in Walla Walla, Wash.
