EARL SEITZINGER RITES HELD SUNDAY

     Funeral services were held from the Phillips Funeral Home in Goldendale Sunday afternoon for Earl Seitzinger, well known Klickitat County pioneer, who passed away in North Bonneville, Friday, November 19. Mr. Seitzinger had been in poor health for the past 25 years.
     Mr. Seitzinger was born at Cedar Bluffs, Iowa, January 11, 1883 and came to Klickitat County with his parents in 1898, settling in the Crofton Prairie community. He was united in marriage to Maude Malinda Turner, December 20, 1905.
     He is survived by his wife, Maude; one daughter, Mrs. C.D. Woods, of Cunningham, Kansas, and two sons, Alton Earl, of Zenith, Washington, and Dannie Turner, of Goldendale; one brother, Ernest, of Hillsboro, Oregon and one sister, Mrs. Bertha Pickett, of McMinnville, Oregon.
     Rev. C.J. Hall was in charge of the services and interment was made in the Spring Creek Cemetery. An obituary appears elsewhere in this issue of The Sentinel.

WILLIAM EARL SEITZINGER

     William Earl Seitzinger was born at Cedar Bluffs, Cedar county, Iowa, January 11, 1883, and passed away at North Bonneville, November 19, 1943.
     With his parents, he came to Klickitat County in 1898, settling in the Crofton Prairie community. He was united in marriage to Maude Malinda Turner, December 20, 1905.
     To this union three children were born: Mrs. C.D. Woods, of Cunningham, Kansas; Alton Earl, of Zenith, Washington, and Dannie Turner, of Goldendale.
     Besides his wife and three children, he leaves a brother, Ernest S. Seitzinger of Hillsboro, Oregon and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Pickett, of McMinnville, Oregon.
     He was baptized in the faith of the Christian Church of Cedar Bluffs, Iowa. Throughout his illness which lasted over 20 years, he bore abundant evidence of his vital religious experience. His suffering, he bore without complaining and every kindness showed him was received with a smile.
     Funeral services were held Sunday at 2:00 o'clock from the Phillips Funeral Home with Rev. C.J. Hall, officiating. Interment was in the Spring Creek Cemetery.
