W.W. COX
W.W. Cox, of Appleton, passed away Monday at 12:05 o'clock. He suffered a stroke about two weeks ago, and gradually grew worse until the end. He suffered very little, and had a smile for every one he saw. His sons, Ed and wife, of Cathlamet; Russell and wife, of Pasco; Walter and wife, of Portland; Frank and wife, of Lyle; and his daughter, Mrs. Mary Groshong and husband, of Trout Lake, were all at his bedside most of the time. A daughter, Mrs. Edith Pierson, of Hermiston, is sick in the hospital and could not be with them.
