     Rev. O. D. Taylor, who was recently arrested at The Dalles for obtaining money under false pretenses, and taken back to Michigan, the scene of his operations, has been placed under $16,000 bonds, which at last advises he had been unable to give.  Taylor has secured the services of a prominent Michigan attorney.
