TROUT LAKE SCHOOLS HOLD JOINT COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES

     TROUT LAKE, May 29. – (Special) Trout Lake high school held its commencement Tuesday evening, May 28.  Graduates from the high school were Dorothy Schmid, Valedictorian; Mildred Spencer, Salutatorian; Robert Wilson and Merl Crawford.  The school orchestra played several selections, including the processional and recessional.  Mr. H.J. Winter, former principal, was speaker for the evening.  Mr. E.G. Wentland presented the two classes and Mrs. Bessie Pearson presented the diplomas.
     Those finishing the eighth grade and who were also seated on the stage for the evening were: Nancy Pearson, Edna Aerni, Betty Cole, Alice Stephens, Leonard Schmid, George Woodruff and Leonard Elmer.
