“Trout Lake News”

The Baccalaureate Service held at the Baptist Church Sunday evening drew a large crowd and was a lovely service. The high school seniors were more than usual and the eighth grade had a much larger number than usual. Both of the church choirs sang and their songs were beautiful. Mrs. Wm. Collier directed the Baptist Choir and Mrs. Roger Stamy the Presbyterian Choir. The church was crowded and we felt the meeting was unusually lovely.

Thursday evening graduation exercises for the Trout Lake School were held in the school gym. Nine Seniors graduated from the high school and eighteen students graduated from the eighth grade. The evening was a happy one and a large crowd attended.
