SEVEN SET OF TL DIPLOMAS
Seven seniors and eight eighth graders will receive diplomas May 25 at
graduation exercises in Trout Lake.
Trooper Abrams, who has visited often with the senior class students
since they were first-graders, was invited to be guest speaker for the 8 p.m.
ceremony.
Diane Woodruff, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Woodruff, is
valedictorian and Wayne Peterson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Peterson, is
salutatorian for the 1978 graduation class.
Other graduating seniors are Bruce Bulick, Zella Clark, Kim Hylton,
Heidi Schmid and Cheryl Skerbitz.
Trout Lake School’s eighth grade graduates are Jeff Bast, Renona
Frey, Ann Lauterbach, Mark Lucas, Kirk Niskanen, Tim Skerbitz, David Van Laar
and Nicole Wright.
