Commencement exercises at Trout Lake High School were conducted
outside this year on the playing field. The weather threatened with thunder,
lightning, and the few drops of rain, but all things considered it was a more
enjoyable experience to hold it outside.

Heidi Lyn Edwards, Robert Grady Fiedler, Jesse Carl Johnson, Fawn Dana Lipscomb,

graduating senior was very special. Awards and honors presented to graduating
seniors this year included the Washington State Honors award for students whose

a major university. A vocational grant from the Elks Club went to Page Warner,
for being the state first place girl’s finisher.
