The book is filled with various photos of the "times", some include disasters, wars, politics etc. The caption under this photo reads: Little Earl Wilbanks and his pal Sport, comfort each other on the steps of their ruined home in Murphysboro, Illinois, center of the severe 1925 storm where in this one town alone 250 were killed, 1800 injured. Perhaps someone in the group is directly related to Earl. Please ignore the house to the right, as this is a house in Lorain Ohio not related to the Wilbanks...just part of that section of photos.
