PAGE: I'm looking for information on James PAGE born June, 1831-33 in Alabama. In 1850 census of Covington County, AL he was a mail rider living with the Samuel T. JONES family. James PAGE married Susannah Frances RIGDON about 1853. They had three children in Alabama: 1) John Green Page 2) Georgia Ann PAGE 3) Nancy Charity PAGE before they moved to Louisiana about 1858-1860. PRICE--Frederick F. PRICE was born ca. 1803 in Rutherford County, NC. He is mentioned in a marriage record in that county in 1825 and does not appear again until the 1850 Census for Walker County, AL where he is listed with his wife and children Mary Ellen born 1825 and Randall Lewis born 1832. Frederick F. PRICE enlisted in Glendale, MS 7/1/1863 for the Civil War and was mustered out 7/27/1864 in Rome, GA. He served in the First Alabama Cavalry and was apparently living in MS when he enlisted. I would like to know where in MS he was living when ther Civil War broke out since I cannot find Glendale, MS on the map. Price--i am looking for my Great-Grandmother Elizabeth Price. She would have died sometime in the great depression.
