AVANT, Frances of Dallas County Alabama. By October 1828 he is deceased leaving (5) children as minor heirs (1) Mary AVANT (2) Ann AVANT (3) Lucy AVANT (4) Nathan AVANT and (5) John C. AVANT. The first guardian appointed was a James M. Morris in Oct. 1828 and then a John G. O'Neal in Dec 1835. At the time in Oct 1828 the mother was still living but her name is not known. I am looking for death date, probate records or cemetery inscriptions for Frances AVANT. I am looking for his marraige record with estimated date of marrige possibly ca. 1810-1812.
