Anson Badgley married Lucy A. Bennett on 16 May 1880 in Marshall County, Indiana.⁵ Anson Bagley, age 47 was enumerated as the head of a household in the 1880 Census of Marshall County, Indiana. The family included his wife, Lucy Bagley, age 41, his sons, William Bagley, age 10 and Ira Bagley, age 8, his daughters, Frances Bagley, age 14 and Mary Bagley, age 12.¹ Anson Badgley and Lucy A. Bennett were divorced on 12 December 1882 in Marshall County, Indiana.⁶ Anson Badgley died on 19 May 1913.² He was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery, Section 11, Marshall County, Indiana.
