Lenora Yelton married Robert Taylor Kuhn on 10 March 1890 in Grant County, Kentucky.⁶ The Williamstown Courier, on 30 May 1895, reported that Mr. Yelton of Gardnersville visited his sister, Mrs. Taylor Kuhn, at Elliston, Grant County, Kentucky.⁷ In its May 6, 1897 issue, the Williamstown Courier reported that Mrs. Laura Dudley visited her sister, Mrs. Nora Kuhn, in Grant County.⁸ Lenora survived the death of her husband, R. T. Kuhn on 25 November 1898.^9,10 In late December, she was appointed administratrix of her deceased husband's estate, and guardian of their children.¹¹

In the 1900 Census of, Grant County, Kentucky, Lenora Kuhn, age 30 was listed as the head of a household. Other family members included her son, Elmer Kuhn, age 7, her daughter, May Kuhn, age 10. Leonora has borne two children, both of whom are living.²
