In 1917 Daniel Claude Yelton was a traveling electrician for the Southwest Bell Telephone Company.³ Daniel registered for the World War I draft on 31 May 1917 in St. Joseph, Missouri.³ In 1917 Daniel Claude Yelton lived at 306 N. 10th Street, St. Joseph, Missouri.³

Daniel Claude Yelton died on 11 June 1959.¹

     Lillie Pearl Yelton was born on 14 March 1880 in Missouri.^3,4,1 She was the daughter of Philip Hendricks Yelton and Nancy Margaret Lucas.^1,2 Lillie P. Yelton, age 45, in the 1880 Census of Mount Pleasant, Cass County, Missouri.³ Pearl Yelton, age 20 was listed as a daughter of Phillip Yelton, age 64 in the 1900 Census ofAnderson County, Kansas.⁴
