In 1917 Rollie Raymond Yelton lived at 5623 Prentice, Cincinnati, Ohio.² Rollie registered for the World War I draft on 5 June 1917 in Cincinnati, Ohio.² In 1924 Rollie Raymond Yelton lived in Newport, Kentucky.³ He died on 8 August 1928 in Covington, Kentucky, where he drowned in the Licking River in an unsuccessful attempt to save the lives of three of his children. A newspaper story about the incident states: A father and two children sacrificed their lives late yesterday in vain efforts to save a third child from drowning in the Licking river, near Covington, Ky. Evelyn spied a shell lying on the bottom of the river and waded toward it, she stepped into a deep hole.
Esther who heeded her cries for help, also sank when she reached the stepoff. Clifford rushed to his sisters aid and a moment later the father also plunged into the stream. Both were engulfed by the current.
The bodies of Yelton and Clifford have been recovered.⁴

     Frances E. Randall was born in 1889.

Hayh, age 11 was living in the household of Coleman Yelton, age 57, in the 1870 Census of Campbell County, Kentucky.³ John Haigh, age 20, was listed as the nephew of Ellis Yelten, age 31, in the 1880 Census of Campbell County, Kentucky.²

Haigh was a carpenter.⁴ He was listed as the head of a household in the 1910 Census of Newport, Campbell County, Kentucky. The household also included his wife, Caroline Haigh, age 48. Caroline has borne no children. According to this census, this is John's second marriage.⁴ John C. Haigh died on 21 February 1939 in Campbell County, Kentucky, Mrs. E. Yelton, age 37 in the 1910 Census of Gallia County, Ohio.² Omer F. Yelton, age 17 was listed as a son of Bertie F. Yelton, age 47 in the 1920 Census of Campbell County, Kentucky.¹

Fulton Omer Yelton married Mae Sheanshang in Campbell County, Kentucky. Fulton Omer Yelton died on 9 January 1977 in Grant's Lick, Kentucky.
