     Latham Yelton was born in July 1865 in Indiana.^2,3 He was the son of James W. Yelton and Mary E. Alexander.¹ Latham G. Yelton, age 6 was living in the household of J. W. Yelton, age 29, in the 1870 Census of Douglas County, Illinois.⁴

Caroline has borne 2 children, both of whom are living.² Latham Yelton, age 45 was listed as the head of a household in the 1910 Census of Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. The household also included his wife, Caroline Yelton, age 40. Caroline has borne 3 children, 2 of whom are living, Also in the household is John Delapp, Latham's brither-in-law.⁵ Latham Yelton died on 8 February 1920 at Barrlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma, of hydrophobia, contracted from a sick dog he was nursing.^6,7,8 He was listed as the head of a household in the 1920 Census of Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. One of them is Clarence Correll, age 20, possibly the same Clarence Correll who later married Bertha Yelton.⁹

     Robert Perry Yelton was born on 23 December 1866 in Illinois.^2,3 He was the son of James W. Yelton and Mary E. Alexander.¹ R. P. Yelton, age 3 was living in the household of J. W. Yelton, age 29, in the 1870 Census of Douglas County, Illinois.²

Robert Perry Yelton married Mary Elizabeth Dilley circa 1890.⁴ Robert Yelton, age 32 was enumerated as the head of a household in the 1900 Census of Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory. Other family members included his wife, Mary E. Yelton, age 34, his sons, Ruford W. Yelton, age 3 and Leroy O. Yelton, age 1, his daughters, Nettie O. Yelton, age 7 and Jennie E. Yelton, age 6. Mary has borne 5 children, 4 of whom are living.⁵ Robert Yelton, age 53 was listed as the head of a household in the 1920 Census of Nowata County, Oklahoma. The family included his wife, Mary A. Yelton, age 53, his daughter, Lee O. Yelton, age 21.⁶ Robert Perry Yelton died on 31 December 1943 near Tyro, Kansas.¹

     Charles Yelton was born on 17 March 1873 in Montgomery County, Indiana.^3,4,1,2 He was the son of James W. Yelton and Mary E. Alexander.^1,2 Charles was taken to Oklahoma after his mother's death, but returned to Indiana at the age of 11 and was raised by Lucinda and John Baker of New Ross, Indiana.⁵

Charles Yelton married Eva Mae Morrison on 19 April 1899 in Ladoga, Montgomery County, Indiana. David Sparks made an affidavit that both parties were of legal age and that there was no legal impediment to their marriage.^6,1 Charley Yelton, age 27 was enumerated as the head of a household in the 1900 Census of Montgomery County, Indiana. Other family members included his wife, Eva M. Yelton, age 21.³ Charles Yelton died in 1963.⁴ He was buried in Ladoga Cemetery, Montgomery County, Indiana.⁴

     Effie Yelton was born in June 1875 in Indiana.² She was the daughter of James W. Yelton and Mary E. Alexander.¹

Effie Yelton married Walter Hutchison circa 1896.^2,1 Effie Hutchison, age 24 was listed as the wife of Walter Hutchison, age 34 in the 1900 Census of Urbana,Champaign County, Illinois.² Effie E. Hutchison, age 44 was listed as the wife of Walter Hutchison, age 54 in the 1920 Census of Kosciusko County, Indiana.³ Effie Yelton died on 11 November 1953.

     Della Serena Heflin was born on 23 March 1870 in Indiana.¹

Della Serena Heflin married William Elsworth Yelton, son of James W. Yelton and Mary E. Alexander, on 1 November 1900. Della Serena Heflin died on 9 June 1955.

     Donald P. Yelton was born on 3 November 1901 in Indiana.^1,2 He was the son of William Elsworth Yelton and Della Serena Heflin.

Donald P. Yelton married Nada Mae Ulrey on 25 January 1924 Lebanon, Indiana. Donald P. Yelton, age 28 was listed as the head of a household in the 1930 Census of Lebanon, Boone County, Indiana. The household also included his wife, Nada Yelton, age 28, his sons, Billy Yelton, age 2 years and 10 months, his daughter, Donna M. Donna Mae Yelton married William Satterfield on 21 August 1948. Donna Mae Yelton died on 28 December 1979.

     William Heflin Yelton was born on 17 June 1927 in Indiana.^1,2 He was the son of Donald P. Yelton and Nada Mae Ulrey. Billy Yelton, age 2 years and 10 months was listed as a son of Donald P.
