Watts stated that she died at 12:45 PM and was 40 years, 4 months, and 6 days old at the time of her death. Other family members included his wife, Eva Anna Yelton, age 20.5 Lowry B. Yelton, age 38 was listed as the head of a household in the 1910 Census of Liberty Township, Phelps County, Missouri. The household also included his wife, Eva I. Yelton, age 31, his daughter, Lily M. Yelton, age 6. Eva has borne two children, one of whom is living. The census states that Lowery's parents were both born in Tennessee.6 In 1918 Lowery Burr Yelton was a draft registrar in Phelps County, Missouri as evidenced by his signature on the registration cards of a number of his relatives, including his brother, Robert Stonewall, Yelton.7 He was listed as the head of a household in the 1920 Census of Phelps County, Missouri.
