The funeral of Alfred YELTON, who died Thursday night at Leiters from cancer of the
stomach, will be held Sunday morning at ten o'clock at Leiters. He leaves a widow.

David Albert YELTON, 56, son of Robert M. and Jane YELTON, was born in Fulton county,
Ind., July 9th, 1859. He was educated in the schools of this county and lived here all of his life. His
father, Robert M., three brothers, William [YELTON] of Leiters, S. G. [YELTON] of Ora and Alonzo
[YELTON] of Michigan, and one sister, Mrs. May MAPLE of Peru, and wife, Rosa Belle
[YELTON], survive. He was married to Rosa Belle RARRICK Nov. 9th, 1879 and one child was
born to them, Mamie Edith [YELTON], who is dead.
Jerome RARRICK of Logansport visited at Leiters Ford Sunday and attended the funeral of
Albert YELTON. - - -.³ He was buried in Moon Cemetery, Middle Section, Row 5, Fulton County, Indiana.⁵

     Rosa Rarrick was the daughter of George Rarrick & Nancy Cramer; Tuesday, February 2, 1926 After a serious illness of eight or ten weeks, Mrs. George RARRICK, who resided one mile
east and south of Loyal, died at 11 o'clock Saturday night of dropsy and heart trouble.
A native of Sandusky county, Ohio, where she was born 83 years, six months and 23 days
before her death, Mrs. Rarrick had lived most of her life in Indiana, and in Fulton county. She
once resided in the Walnut vicinity. Her maiden name was Nancy CRAMER. She was a member
of the Brethren church.
Three children are known to be living, seven having died. The surviving children are Mrs.
Rose YELTON of Leiters Ford, George RARRICK, of Columbia City, and Frank [RARRICK] at
home. It is not known whether Jasper RARRICK, a son, is living.
The funeral was held at the house at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial was made at Leiters
Ford.
She was born on 21 October 1859 in Leiters Ford, Fulton County, Indiana, the daughter of George Rarrick and Nancy Cramer.¹

     Sarah Campbell was born in December 1869 in Indiana the daughter of Christopher Campbell & Mary Rebecca Zuck.^2,3,1

Sarah Campbell married William Yelton, son of Robert Yelton and Jane Monesmith, on 19 September 1894 in Fulton County, Indiana. ¹ Sarah Campbell died in 1956.³ She was buried in Section 3, IOOF Cemetery, Leiters Ford, Fulton County, Indiana.³

     Clara B. Moon was the daughter of George Moon and Sarah Jane Milliser.¹ She was born in August 1870 in Indiana the daughter of George Moon and Sarah Jane Milliser.^2,3,1

Clara B. Moon married Lonzo G. Yelton, son of Robert Yelton and Jane Monesmith, on 11 August 1897 in Fulton County, Indiana. Clara Yelton, age 39 was listed as the wife of Elge Yelton, age 37 in the 1910 Census of Fulton County, Indiana.⁴ Clara Yelton, age 49 was listed as the wife of Elgy Yelton, age 47 in the 1920 Census of Ora, Starke County, Indiana.⁵ Clara B. Moon died in 1960.³ She was buried in Moon Cemetery, Middle Section, Row 5, Fulton County, Indiana.³

     Fred Yelton was born circa 1902 in Indiana.² He was the son of Lonzo G. Yelton and Clara B. Moon.¹ Fredik(?) Yelton, age 8 was listed as a son of Elge Yelton, age 37 in the 1910 Census of Fulton County, Indiana.²

     Bernice Yelton was born in February 1898 in Indiana.² She was the daughter of Lonzo G. Yelton and Clara B. Moon.¹ Bernice Yelton, age 12 was listed as a daughter of Elge Yelton, age 37 in the 1910 Census of Fulton County, Indiana.³ In 1948 Bernice Yelton lived in South Bend, Indiana.¹

     Georgia Yelton is the daughter of Lonzo G. Yelton and Clara B. Moon.¹

     Lottie Yelton is the daughter of Lonzo G. Yelton and Clara B. Moon.¹

     Vernon Yelton is the son of Lonzo G. Yelton and Clara B. Moon.¹

     Mamie Edith Yelton was born on 16 February 1881 Her tombstone states that she was 6 years, 2 months, and 5 days old when whe died.² She was the daughter of David Albert Yelton and Rosa Rarrick.¹ Mamie Edith Yelton died on 21 April 1887.² She was buried in Moon Cemetery, Middle Section, Row 5, Fulton County, Indiana.²

Dora A. Yelton married John J. Brugh on 31 August 1879 in Fulton County, Indiana.⁴ Dora A. Yelton died on 19 December 1906.³ She was buried in Moon Cemetery, North Section, Row 9, Fulton County, Indiana.

     Clement Carl Brugh was born on 18 January 1891 in Fulton County, Indiana.¹ He was the son of John J. Brugh and Dora A. Yelton.¹ Clement Carl Brugh died on 27 June 1943 St. Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka, Indiana, Monday, June 28, 1943
Clement Carl BRUGH, 52, former resident of Leiters Ford, died Sunday afternoon at St.
Joseph hospital, Mishawaka. The deceased had been ill only a few weeks and was removed from
his home near Mishawaka to the hospital a week preceding his death.
For over 10 years, Brugh was a member of the South Bend police force. Later he served three
years as a guard at the state prison, Michigan City, Ind. During the past few years, he resided on a
farm near Mishawaka.
Brugh was born on a farm north of Leiters Ford on Jan. 18, 1891. When 16 years of age, he
enlisted in the U. S. Navy and during World War I served overseas with the Canadian armed
forces. His parents were John and Dora (YELTON) BRUGH. Brugh was a member of the Eagles
lodge.
Survivors are his wife; five children; a son, Lester [BRUGH], who resides in Mishawakas,
and another son, Kenneth [BRUGH] is in the armed service in West Virginia; four brothers,
Sydney [BRUGH], Dean [BRUGH] and Verle BRUGH, all of South Bend, Don BRUGH, of Plato
Center, Ill; and two sisters, Mrs. GROVELSKI, of Mishawaka, and Mrs.¹

     Lester Brugh was born on 31 October 1912.² He was the son of Clement Carl Brugh.¹ Lester Brugh died on 15 September 1996 Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana.²

     Kenneth Brugh was born on 17 January 1916.² He was the son of Clement Carl Brugh.¹ Kenneth Brugh died in June 1987 in Florida.²

     Sydney Brugh was born on 13 April 1904.² He was the son of John J. Brugh and Dora A. Yelton.¹ Sydney Brugh died in May 1974.²

     Isaac Fought was born circa 1827 in Pennsylvania.¹

Also living in the household were Mary Fought, age 27, Malinda S. Fought, age 7, Sarah A. Fought, age 5 and Delila Fought, age 2. Isaac reported owning real estate worth $1500 and personal property worth $200. Also living in the household is George Fought, age 74, born in Pennsylvania.¹

     Kate Laughlin was born in April 1873 in Missouri the daughter of Ben and Martha Laughlin.^1,2

Kate Laughlin married Harmon Yelton, son of John Honey Yelton and Mary Margaret Bryan, circa 1894.^3,2 Kate survived the death of her husband, Harmon Yelton on 4 April 1898.² Katie Yelton, age 27 appears in the 1900 Census of Linn, Osage County, Missouri in the household of her parents, Ben and Martha Laughlin, along with her two daughters. She is listed as a widow, and has borne 2 children, both of whom are living.¹ She was listed as the head of a household in the 1910 Census of Linn, Osage County, Missouri. The household also included, her daughters, Carrie V. Yelton, age 13 and Harmon Yelton, age 12. Kate has borne 2 children, both of whom are living.⁴ Kate Yelton, age 56 was listed as the head of a household in the 1930 Census of Linn, Osage County, Missouri. The household also included, her daughter, Harmon Yelton, age 31.⁵ Kate Laughlin died in 1966.² She was buried in the Linn Public Cemetery, Osage County, Missouri.²

     Carrie Viola Yelton was born on 7 July 1896 in Osage County, Missouri.¹ She was the daughter of Harmon Yelton and Kate Laughlin.^1,2,3 Carie Yelton, age 3 appears in the 1900 Census of Linn, Osage County, Missouri in the household of her maternal grandparents, Ben and Martha Laughlin.² She was listed as a daughter of Kate Yelton, age 36 in the 1910 Census of Linn, Osage County, Missouri.⁴ Carrie Viola Yelton died on 13 October 1913 in Osage County, Missouri, of typhoid fever.^1,3 She was buried Linn Public Cemetery, Osage County, Missouri, on 14 October 1913.^1,3
