In late December, 2004 two kind souls told us about a Yelton family Bible being auctioned on eBay. After spirited bidding, we acquired the bible on January 3, 2005 and subsequently donated it to the Kentucky Historical Center in Frankfort, Kentucky where it is stored with Daniel Boone's personal papers and other treasures of Kentucky history.
