SANDERS 34 M TN; Susan 26 F NC; Willis 7 M TN; George 5 M TN; Stephen 2 M TN; and James 1/12 M TN. There are some researchers who state that Lee is the same person as William Lee SANDERS, s/o Benjamin SANDERS, of Lincoln Co., TN. We can not find any evidence that proves that connection. Susan BROWN was in the 1850 Lincoln Co., TN Census living with the family of Henry L. SMITH (Household 104). She was living within 3 households of the following SAUNDERS families: James 53 M NC; John 28 M TN; George 34 M NC. The family is not listed in the 1870 Census and we can not find where they migrated. We think that Willis settled in AR. George is my direct line ancestor - George Thomas SANDERS who settled in Shelby Co., TN. We have a lot of information on his line and would be glad to share with anyone interested. His nearest relative is his Grandmother Ernestine BEER, of 25 Florence Court, London, England) Anna was born in Vienna Austria on 11 Jan 1916 and was a dress designer - her mother is John Leo's Grandmother - Ernestine BEER Leo's last permanent residence was 2233 Girguard Ave, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. His closest living relative is his Father John SANDERS of 44 Ridgeview Road, London, England. He had $1,200 on him and was destined for Los Angeles, CA. to establish domicile, and to remain permanently. He was 5ft 8in tall, with brown hair, medium complexion and Gr. (grey or green?) eyes. I have a Lucy HAYES that appears to have been a SANDERS. She received a full share of My ggrandmother's estate in 1929. My ggrandmother was Martha Ann ROTEN first married to Richard B. SANDERS by whom she had her family and then later married Charles Allen ROTEN following the death of Richard B. SANDERS. I find no record of Lucy being a daughter but she may have been a granddaughter of Martha Ann and Richard B. SANDERS. I can only place her in OK. in 1929 as a widow.
