I place Wiley in or around Darlington SC in the mid 1800's. I now believe that he may have married first an Elizabeth GRAY. His first family would have been Richard B. (married a Martha Ann unknown), Mary Francis (married a Charles Allen ROTEN), Drummond (Drumgoe Putman) (cross reference Drummond/Drumgoe under "D") (marrried a Georgia Etta Josephine DAY) and a Sally (married a John Wiley DAVIS). Wiley SANDERS appeared to have remarried and had a second family. The names that I have from the second family are: Dock, Sarina, Maggie, Mary Jane, Salina, Christopher, Thomas and a William James. I believe that there might have been a couple more in the second family not sure. Also the name Dock may be a nic name. I believe that Wiley may have moved from SC to Ala around 1855 - 1858. His second wife was named Mary Ann Jane Unknown. I have been told that she might have been indian or at least part indian. She is buried at Salem C of Christ Cem, Crenshaw Co, ALA.
